Switch on the oven at 250 degrees. 

In a bowl, start by mixing together flour, baking powder and salt. Add the finely chopped butter or margarine to the mix. Add the milk and stir quickly until the dough is sticky. 

With your hands, create 8 scones and place them on parchment paper on the baking tray. 

Put them in the oven and let them cook for 10-12 minutes. 

When done, serve with your fave marmalade or with some butter and cheese.

2 tea spoons baking powder

2 pinches salt 

50g butter

2 dl milk or plant based milk
